1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kammara Wood Works website and all transactions made through it. By browsing, ordering, or interacting with our platform, you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Products & Pricing

• All product images are for representation purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, grain pattern, and texture due to the natural characteristics of wood.
• Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Kammara Wood Works reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the original price.

3. Orders & Payment

• Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed for manufacturing. Custom and on-demand orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other supported payment gateways.
• An advance payment may be required for custom furniture orders. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

4. Delivery & Installation

• We offer free delivery within our serviceable areas. Delivery to remote locations may incur additional charges, which will be communicated at the time of order.
• Estimated delivery timelines will be shared upon order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics, etc.) are beyond our control.
• Free installation is provided for all standard furniture. Specialised or custom installations may involve additional charges.
• Please inspect the furniture at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or significantly different from the order specification. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
• Custom-made or personalised furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Minor variations in wood grain, colour, and finish are inherent to natural wood products and do not qualify for returns.

6. Warranty

All Kammara Wood Works furniture comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and coverage details will be specified on the product page or shared at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, heat, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Kammara Wood Works. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kammara Wood Works shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of Kammara Wood Works' registered office.

10. Changes to Terms

Kammara Wood Works reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
